Shipping Time and Rate

Currently we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United Kindoms and most international locations where Parcel Force can reach. Only Ca$10.99/$9.99/£6.99/€7.99 will be charged for shipping to one address, no matter how many items you order and where the shipping address is.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 business days of your payment being received. NO overnight shipping. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay. We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

The shipping address you provided MUST be a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses filled on our website. P.O.box address is not recommended for your item will be sent via "Recorded signed for " service which needs your signature upon arrival.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any problem.

After your order is dispatched, we will offer you EMS or Parcel Force tracking no. & site

There are two methods to get above information from us,
1. Visit our website and re-login to check the update status.
2. Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.

You'll receive a tracking number via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track parcel status on-line in 2-3 days. Usually, your order will be dispatched the next day after your payment has gone through. Please pay attention to track your parcel status online with the tracking number and tracking links we provided in the confirmation email. All Parcels will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s).
